I think the person who posted this, if they truly want to make a difference, needs to know a few things:
1. This forum is not an "IBM Support" forum; it isn't the place to go to get an answer from IBM.
2. This is the place where Domino/Lotus Notes Admins and Developers gather. So instead of getting improvements to the "Lotus Notes email software" here, you are more likely to get people who can tell you what *your company* needs to do differently with *how they've deployed the product to you*.
3. If you want to elevate your issue to IBM, your IT Dept should be able to put in a "ticket" (also known as a PMR) with IBM under their software support agreement. If they didn't do that for you, then they are the ones that suck.
4. Your helpdesk, or your Lotus Notes email admin, should be the one posting on here. That way, we can teach that person the technical skills to fix your issue and improve your Notes experience.
